First Run Setup

1.

Open the app. On first launch, it creates a Python virtual environment (~30 seconds) and installs Layer 1 dependencies.

2.

Drag in a music file + video clips folder. Analysis starts automatically.

3.

To enable AI mode, go to Settings and toggle it on. AI models (~600MB) will download once to ~/.cache/versegen/models/.
